Every night we go for a walk around 6pm and last night was no exception.  As we walked through my neighborhood, I began to take the opportunity to partner with Holy Spirit in prayer.  We were praying in the spirit when suddenly I began to feel an overwhelming Love for the Earth... I started to thank the Lord for His beautiful earth saying, "Thank you for the Trees, the grass, the sky the moon the sun, the flowers and all the living creatures on this earth."  

I was undone as I thanked Him at the thought of how He, with the breath of His Words created this place for us and then placed us on it to subdue it and multiply in it.  

I was in awe and I could not comprehend what I was experiencing.  I just felt His Love for this place we call home.  I then was led to magnify the name of Yeshua in my community, then in my city and the connecting cities - by name!, Then into our beautiful state of Ohio and into our nation and beyond.  All of this was happening as I walked around my neighborhood.  

We were not trying to make eye-contact with the neighbors because I was crying! LOL.  The sky was so beautiful, and I felt the presence of the Lord.  As I continued to walk and pray a little boy noticed me and said hello very loudly from across the street and I greeted him in return; then a few other kids were crossing my path and I overheard their conversation... it was like my senses were heightened... 

It was like God was saying, "Pay attention!"  

The little boys had a silly conversation that made me laugh.  The older one, which could not have been older than 7 says, to the little one, who was about 5 years old, "Oh, wait a minute I think my girlfriend is calling me!" and he proceeds to pull out a phone (very grown-up like!) The 5-year-old starts to laugh at him and says, "I can't believe you said that, you have a girlfriend?"  (I felt it was comical too and thought to myself "where are your parents' little kid, what do you mean you have a girlfriend!!???")  LOL but what was more curious was what happened next!  

The older boy with the "girlfriend" innocently says, "What's so funny about that?"  

And as I walked past them, the Holy Spirit gave me utterance and out of our mouth came these words: "Father, I thank you for the innocence displayed in Children, for they are a fine example of Purity of Heart.  May we learn how to be child-like again."  tears flowed as all of this unfolded.  

God is calling us back to a place of innocence and purity of heart.  That what we see is goodness and opportunity, not crisis and malice.  Be aware of everything around you because God is waiting to reveal Himself in our day to day activities.

Open my eyes to see the miracle-wonders hidden in your Word. My life on earth is so brief, so tutor me in the ways of your wisdom.   –Psalm 119:18-19
